Active participation in our three-day symposium, in the form of a poster or oral presentation, is highly encouraged. The abstract submission link will be provided in your registration confirmation email. Accepted abstracts will be included in the abstract book.

The conference fee of €384,60 covers room rates and all catering and meeting services. For your convenience, this fee will be charged by the hotel together with your accommodation costs upon arrival. No advance payment to the university is required.
